Where we ship from

Orders ship from Fernandina Beach, Florida, or direct from our production partners depending on the item.

How long it takes

Made-to-order items — custom apparel, personalized mugs, photo shirts and anything with your name on it. These are printed after you order, so allow production time before shipping begins.

Stocked and sourced items — pickleball gear, pet supplies, home goods. These move faster because they are not made to order.

Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. If it has not arrived and tracking has gone quiet, tell us and we will chase it.

Personalized orders

Double-check spelling, dates and photo choices before you check out. Once a personalized item goes into production we cannot change it, because it is being made specifically for you.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout based on where it is going and what is in the cart. No surprise fees added after the fact.

Damaged, lost or just not what you expected — get in touch. We would rather fix it than have you stuck with it.
